El Arbi el Jamai, Sultan Moulay Hassan's Vizir for War, is incontestably the most curious of all the great hotels in Morocco. Care has been taken, in the old part, scrupulously to respect the decorations of the zelliges and chiselled plaster, as well as the gilded ceilings of carved cedar.
