Vintage Colour Tuck's Oilette Postcard. Titania's Palace, Princess Daphne's Bedroom. / The Bedroom is shared by Princesses Daphne and Pearl of Fairyland. Here is the painted Wardrobe in which they keep their spare wings, for every Fairy has a clean pair of wings on Sundays. All the furniture was painted by Sir Nevile Wilkinson.

Background: Titania's Palace is a castle that was hand-built by James Hicks & Sons, Irish Cabinet Makers who were comissioned by Sir Neville Wilkinson from 1907 to 1922. The palace consists of 18 rooms and salons, which contain hand-carved mahogany furniture. There are 3000 tiny works of art and miniatures from around the world on display inside the palace. The palace is no longer displayed in Legoland, Denmark.
