The 2-story Rainbow Room for dining and dancing occupies the 65th floor, and the Observation Roof 850 feet above New York is the mecca for sightseers. The International Building, 520 feet high, has a 4-story lobby of dark green marble and a copper leaf ceiling. World expositions fade into shadows before these giant palaces that cannot be described.Faults: Tiny wear at 3 corners
