Dublin - City Arms Old Postcard St. Patrick's Cathedral

Ireland. Early Irish Colour PPC, Dublin St. Patrick's Cathedral, dedicated to St. Patrick, is Cruciform building in the Early Pointed style dating from 1190, when it was built by Archbishop Comyn. It has been rebuilt and restored at various dates principally in 1362 and 1860/9. It stands on the site of a church which is said to have been founded by St. Patrick who died about A.D. 493.
